Visa Counsellor Visaxpress Education & Migration Consultants

Visaxpress - The Canadian VisaXperts! is a Canadian Immigration Consulting firm with headquarters in Mississauga, Greater Toronto Area, Canada, we have recently expanded our operations with a second location in New Delhi, India. We are looking for a motivated Visa Counsellor with expertise in selling visa solutions for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to counsel inquiries over the phone, email, and in person.
• Call potential customers through daily assigned leads and secure appointments for the week.
• Making outbound calls to hot leads & convert leads to customers.
• Attend telephonic queries and convert them into walk-ins.
• Regular follow-up on inquiries received.
• Proactively respond to client queries and advise them on their immigration process and other requirements.
• Have experience in CANADA Market and have a flair for sales.
• Work towards achieving sales targets set by the organization and meet other performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Always promote the Visaxpress brand values and leave a positive impression on students, parents, and clients to sell the organization's Canada visa services to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales, and other relevant information and data.
• Plays a critical role in promoting and selling visa services to potential customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the organization's services.

Qualifications

• Looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Canada Visa Counselling.
• Canadian Immigration/Study Abroad experience is must.
• Fantastic Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Efficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
