Job Title: Study Visa Counselor
Location: Zirakpur
Openings: 13 Positions
Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 13 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Study Visa Counselor to guide students in selecting and applying to international educational institutions. The ideal candidate will assist with the complete process, from choosing courses and universities to preparing visa documentation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on study opportunities abroad (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.)

Assist students in course and university selection based on their profile

Guide students on the admission process, visa documentation, and financial requirements

Keep up-to-date with international education systems, admission criteria, and visa rules

Handle student queries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and follow-ups

Prepare students for interviews with embassies or universities

Maintain and update student files and CRM records

Provide regular updates and reports to management

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong counseling and convincing skills

Good knowledge of overseas education processes

Confident personality with a student-friendly approach

Familiarity with visa documentation and SOP preparation

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (preferred in Counseling, Education, or Business)

Experience in overseas education consultancy is preferred

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is an advantage
