Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct demo classes following PlanetSpark's content and methodology - Deliver exceptional demo experiences for both children and parents - Teach regular classes using the in-house curriculum - Provide timely feedback to students - Maintain schedule for both demo and regular classes Desired Behavioral Attributes: - Strong teaching skills - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to establish rapport with students and ensure a fun-based learning environment - Tech-savvy Eligibility Criteria: - Proficient in verbal and written communication - Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends - Dedicate 3-4 teaching hours daily - Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience - Access to good Wi-Fi and a Laptop with Webcam Benefits: - Flexible working hours - Remote work opportunity - Exposure to teaching international students Shift Options: - 3pm to 10 pm IST (India kids) - 6pm to 11 pm IST (India kids) - 6pm to 11 pm IST (Europe/UAE kids) - 10 pm to 2 am IST (US/Canada Kids) - 4 am to 8 am IST (US/Canada Kids) If you are passionate about teaching and influencing young minds, join us at PlanetSpark to elevate your teaching career and make a positive impact.
