Job Description

As a videographer cum editor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to both shooting and editing video content. Your duties will include: Planning and Pre-Production: - Meeting with clients or project managers to understand project requirements. - Scouting locations for shoots and determining the best angles and settings. - Developing storyboards and shot lists. Equipment Management: - Selecting and setting up the necessary equipment, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound gear. - Ensuring all equipment is in working order and addressing any issues that may arise. Shooting: - Operating cameras and recording footage according to project specifications. - Directing and guiding subjects during shoots to achieve the desired results. - Managing lighting and sound to ensure high-quality recordings. Creative Input: - Bringing a creative vision to shoots by suggesting innovative angles, lighting setups, and shot techniques. - Capturing high-quality footage that effectively tells a story and aligns with project objectives. Editor Duties: - Reviewing and logging footage to select the best clips for the project. - Organizing and managing video files in a structured manner. - Using video editing software to cut, sequence, and assemble video footage. - Adding transitions, effects, titles, and other elements to enhance the video. - Editing and mixing soundtracks, synchronizing audio with video clips. - Adjusting colors, shadows, and highlights to create a visually appealing look. - Applying color grading to achieve the desired mood and tone. - Ensuring the final video meets technical specifications and client requirements. General Responsibilities: - Managing timelines and deadlines to ensure timely project delivery. - Maintaining high standards for video quality and consistency. - Staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in videography and editing. - Collaborating with other creatives to ensure cohesive project delivery. This role requires someone who can handle a project from start to finish, delivering engaging videos that meet client expectations. If you have at least 1 year of experience in this field and are passionate about creating high-quality video content, we would love to have you join our team on a full-time basis with day shift schedule.,
