Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Editing & Assembling Footage:

   • Cut and join raw video footage and audio files.

   • Organize and review material to select the best takes.

   • Trim segments to create a cohesive story and timeline.

2. Enhancing Video Quality:

   • Apply visual effects, color correction, and audio enhancements.

   • Ensure smooth transitions and add titles, graphics, and subtitles when needed.

3. Collaborating with Teams:

   • Work closely with directors, producers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives.

   • Implement feedback and revisions promptly.

4. Managing Projects:

   • Handle multiple editing projects under tight deadlines.

   • Maintain proper file organization and version control.

5. Software & Tools:

   • Use editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

   • Basic understanding of sound design and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects is a plus).

6. Staying Updated:

   • Keep up-to-date with trends in video editing and digital storytelling.

   • Explore new editing techniques, plug-ins, and technology.
