Who Were Looking For - We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who specializes in media buying ad creatives and product video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, an eye for detail, and experience in crafting high-converting ad creatives for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities - Create High-Converting Ad Creatives: Edit short-form, high-impact video ads optimized for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Display, and YouTube. Implement trend-based editing styles that perform well in paid media. A/B test different versions of creatives for better conversion rates. Product Video Editing: Edit engaging and informative product videos for e-commerce listings, websites, and organic social media. Enhance videos with motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects. Storyboarding & Creative Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ad concepts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives. Analyze performance metrics to iterate and improve creatives. Optimize for Performance & Engagement: Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce ads and social media marketing. Edit hook-driven videos that grab attention within the first 3 seconds. Ensure platform-specific formatting (e.g., vertical for Reels/TikTok, landscape for YouTube). Basic Motion Graphics & Effects: Add text overlays, callouts, and animations to highlight product benefits. Create eye-catching thumbnails and scroll-stopping visuals. Requirements 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably for e-commerce or performance marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Experience editing Meta/TikTok/YouTube ad creatives with a direct response marketing approach. Strong storytelling skills with a focus on high engagement and conversions. Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and basic animation.
