Job Description
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in video content creation, editing, and social media management Proven track record with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, etc.) Bachelors degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with SEO principles, especially in video and social media content Skills Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) with strong visual storytelling ability Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) and current content trends Basic knowledge of SEO for optimizing captions, hashtags, video titles, and descriptions Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and motion graphics tools Other Requirements Must be available to work in-house (on-site) Ability to plan, shoot, and edit content independently as well as collaboratively Willingness to adapt to brand voice and creative direction Comfortable managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
