Job Description
As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Your role will involve ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and overseeing end-to-end production. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, trend-savvy, and capable of driving audience engagement through compelling video content. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and present innovative ideas for short-form video content that resonates with the brand's identity and objectives. - Develop scripts and storyboards for short videos and reels tailored to different social media platforms. - Produce high-quality video content by filming and editing using professional tools or mobile setups. - Keep abreast of social media trends, audio tracks, formats, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance. - Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance content effectiveness. - Conduct optimization strategies for videos to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions, including conducting A/B testing when necessary. Required Skills: - Demonstrated experience in creating short-form video content, such as Reels and YouTube Shorts. - Proficient in video editing techniques to deliver polished and captivating content. - Strong skills in scripting, storytelling, and visual communication to convey brand messages effectively. - Comfortable with both being behind and in front of the camera for video production. - Knowledgeable about current trends, memes, and social media formats to create relevant and engaging content. - Ability to utilize humor effectively in video content creation. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. - A portfolio or samples of previous work showcasing video content creation capabilities are mandatory for this role.
