Job Description
As a VC Bridge Operator at Kinly in India (Pune), you will be an integral part of the Kinly Global Service team, providing remote technical audio/video support for the unified communications system across the global banks estate. Your role will involve serving as the initial point of contact for both internal (Kinly) and global bank staff/leadership. This includes responding to customer phone calls and e-mails, troubleshooting video meetings, opening and escalating tickets for customer issues, and ensuring timely updates for clients and global teams in the 24/5 environment. You will engage in ongoing training and certification initiatives to keep your knowledge up-to-date in support of advanced technology solutions. Collaboration with other team members, particularly the current Global Service team and the AVNOC, will be crucial to ensure proficiency in technical acumen and operational standards within the organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around delivering services punctually according to agreed SLAs, scheduling and launching video/audio calls, maintaining TMS/EMS systems, conducting test calls, providing remote assistance for connection issues, maintaining client databases, and performing administrative tasks such as troubleshooting VC faults, responding to inquiries, and managing distribution emails and groups. In addition to your technical duties, you will also be expected to mentor team members, assist with training, provide guidance on best practices, offer feedback on communication issues and service improvements, and maintain relationships with global AV counterparts and partners. Manual handling tasks may be required for equipment movement, and you will need to maintain a good working relationship with global AV teams. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to work independently, interact effectively with various stakeholders, handle multiple tasks efficiently, possess attention to detail, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and have a good working knowledge of professional A/V, VC, and unified communication systems.
