ANSR is hiring for one of our client Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and annual business plan for the staff augmentation vertical, aligned with overall company objectives. Book of Business Development: Build, maintain, and expand a strong pipeline and book of business across targeted industry verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Technology. Revenue Growth: Drive year-over-year growth in revenue and profitability by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Client Fulfillment Oversight: Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client staffing requirements. Client Relationship Management: Establish and deepen trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Execution & Forecasting: Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle management including lead generation, proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team; set clear targets, provide strategic direction, and drive accountability. Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and refine go-to-market plans. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams including delivery, legal, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Experience and Requirements: 15 20 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the staff augmentation or IT staffing industry. Demonstrated success in building and managing a significant book of business, consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets. In-depth understanding of the technology services landscape, staffing solutions, and client fulfilment models. Strong client network and proven experience in managing enterprise-level client engagements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
