About the role We are seeking an AVP/VP specializing in luxury real estate sales to build and grow our sales team in promoting and selling high-end residential properties in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to manage the sales process effectively. Basic requirements 13 to 20 years of experience in hardcore residential sales in fast paced organizations. Exposure to handling HNI customers and closing sales of ticket sizes of 2Cr+. Candidates who have strong knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour, and sales analytics. Exceptional communication skills.
