The job involves coordinating work-flow between departments to ensure a smooth flow of work and allocation of artists. You will be responsible for reporting any issues faced by artists to the HR Department and assisting in scheduling meetings with artists. Additionally, you will support the Business Development team in planning and preparing projects. Your tasks will include preparing notes for reviews, final shot deliveries, and shot priorities. You will be required to provide day-to-day updates, follow up on tasks, and maintain work reports and delivery status of projects. Tracking production work, coordinating with team leads, and preparing production reports to maximize output are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain internal project schedules based on given timelines. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well-organized, proactive, and adept at coordinating between individuals. Additionally, the ability to handle stress and pressure effectively is crucial for this role.,
