Location- Gurugram Roles and Responsibilities: Vertical Head (Warehouse, 3PL, and Customer Operations) Warehouse Management Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple sites to ensure efficient inventory handling, space utilization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Implement warehouse best practices, automation, and technology-driven solutions to optimize operations and reduce costs. Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, fulfillment speed, and storage costs. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management Manage and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution and transportation. Negotiate contracts, define SLAs, and monitor performance of logistics providers. Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in 3PL operations. Customer Interaction & Continuous Improvement Act as the point of contact for key customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and service expectations. Identify process improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and implement changes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create tailored logistics or warehousing solutions for strategic clients. Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination Lead a team of professionals, including warehouse managers, industrial engineers, and logistics designers. Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability within the team. Mentor team members and oversee training and development to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
