Job Description
Partner Onboarding
- Assist new restaurant partners through the onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and validated.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely go-live.
Information Management
- Maintain and update restaurant information such as menu details, GST/FSSAI certificates, banking details, and more.
- Ensure all changes are recorded accurately in the system.
- Monitor data consistency and follow up on missing/incomplete information.
Query Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for partner and internal POC queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to partner operations, account changes, and system errors.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while ensuring timely resolution.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with assigned partners to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Gather feedback from partners and provide insights to improve internal processes.
Coordination and Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Tech, Finance) to ensure partner needs are met.
Share regular status updates and reports with internal stakeholders.
