Job Title: Vendor Management System Specialist Reports to: MD Location: Vile Parle Job Summary: We are seeking a VMS Specialist to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a vendor management system to increase our current vendor size and improve procurement efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a VMS to manage vendor onboarding, performance, and compliance - Identify and onboard new vendors across India, ensuring compliance with company standards - Analyze vendor performance data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with procurement team to ensure seamless vendor management - Travel across India to meet with vendors, conduct site visits, and build relationships Requirements: - Any graduate - Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management or procurement in construction industry - Strong knowledge of vendor management principles and best practices - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of construction industry-specific regulations and standards.
