Job Description

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Vendor Enablement, and you have found the right team. As a Vendor Enablement Lead within the Vendor Enablement and Experience Team, you will be a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting solutions. Your role will involve shifting the broader Consumer and Community Banking team to operate within the product-agile framework, promoting the wide adoption of efficient processes and digital tools. Your responsibilities will also include the day-to-day oversight and operational management of third-party partners/vendors, requiring close collaboration with both internal and external parties. Your main responsibilities will include partnering with internal stakeholders, managing competitive RFP processes and Contract Lifecycle, ensuring service quality and compliance with policies and procedures, managing vendor KPIs effectively, building strong partnerships, establishing and overseeing vendor financial management processes, and resolving escalated problems and contractual disputes with vendors. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate excellent relationship management, organizational and time management skills, exemplary negotiation skills, ability to communicate and drive the strategic direction of the firm, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and a strong controls environment. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 8 years of work experience in Technology Sourcing, Vendor Management, an MBA or equivalent degree, experience with third-party risk oversight, strong competencies in MS Office packages, multi-tasking and time management discipline, client interaction and project management experience, and a strong understanding of banking procedures and activities.,
