Job Summary: The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with furniture vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors. Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure service levels meet company standards. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly and efficiently. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deals. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage incoming shipments. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies. Liaise with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align procurement activities with business objectives. Communicate delivery schedules and product availability to relevant teams. Prepare and present regular reports on vendor performance and inventory status. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence.
