Send the resume at: hr@adroitvaluation.com ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc.), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc. Finalize valuation reports. Analyze approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws. Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports & estimated market values. Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports. Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical teams guidelines. Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal. Key Skills: Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation Technical & functional expertise Strong analytical skills & rich experience conceptualizing financial strategy Relevant Experience: 3-5 years+ (In Valuation Stream Only)(The Candidates from Banks, NBFCs or any Valuation firms are warmly welcomed to Adroit Family.)
