The Valuation Expert will be responsible for conducting thorough valuations, prepping hyperlocally-mindful recommendations, and analyzing innovation ecosystem trends. Tasks include performing financial modeling, assessing risks, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing data-driven insights to support investment decisions. The expert will also engage with leads to understand their valuation needs and deliver professional advisory services tailored to their requirements. Qualifications Extensive experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and market trend analysis Strong skills in risk assessment and investment analysis Proficiency in preparing valuation reports Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively Experience working with international clients, various asset classes and diverse communities is a plus,
