Skills: HTML/CSS, Figma (Software), PROTOTYING, COMPONENTS, DESIGN SYSTEM, DESIGN STRATEGY, A/B Testing, Wireframing, We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, design systems, and translating complex requirements into beautiful, intuitive interfaces. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components Apply Auto Layout, variants, and component strategies in Figma for consistency and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Translate design mockups into responsive HTML/CSS (bonus if you can collaborate on front-end implementation) Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver seamless user experiences across devices Utilize Tailwind CSS concepts to create dev-friendly UI components Contribute to and evolve the overall design strategy and visual language of the product Required Skills & Tools Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, Auto Layout, design systems) Strong knowledge of wireframing, interaction design, and visual hierarchy Understanding of UX research methods and how to apply insights to design Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS Experience working with responsive design frameworks and front-end dev teams A strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work (mobile + web),
