Job Summary We're seeking highly motivated UX Researcher interns to join our team in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Kumbakonam. As a UX Researcher intern, you'll play a critical role in understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and informing design decisions to enhance our ecommerce platform. Responsibilities - Conduct user research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather insights on user behavior and pain points - Analyze research findings and identify key themes, patterns, and recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to integrate research insights into design solutions - Develop and maintain research plans, reports, and presentations Requirements - Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field - Experience with user research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (optional) Nice to Have - Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or data analysis - Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Familiarity with design systems, accessibility guidelines, and WCAG standards Internship Details - Duration: 6 months - Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, or Kumbakonam (onsite) - Stipend: - Position 1: 3000 per month - Position 2: 6000 per month - Position 3: 6000 per month - No assurance of permanent position after internship How to Apply If you're passionate about UX research and eager to learn, please apply with your resume, cover letter, and portfolio (if applicable).
