Strong Human-Centered design and design thinking skills are must. Field work requirement for user research. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, illustrator, Sketch, or InVision. Strong portfolio showcasing UX work across product, service, web and/or mobile platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Job role Understand business requirements and technical requirements from the Management, Sales team. Ideate product features, create use cases and user flow for the requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to bring ideas to life. Conduct user research through observing the user, understanding psychometrics, and usability testing. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.,
