As a UX Designer, you’ll have a critical role in defining and delivering a cohesive, engaging, and intuitive user experience for our product. Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll shape the way users interact with knowledge tools that empower them in their work.

This is not just about crafting interfaces—it's about creating an impactful experience that supports installers in their day-to-day tasks and contributes to the fight against climate change.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workshops to deeply understand the needs and workflows of installers.

• Interaction Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize clarity, ease of use, and engagement.

• Delightful Experiences: Design micro animations, transitions, and gamification features that enhance engagement without compromising usability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the frontend and backend teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation fidelity.

• Iterative Design: Use feedback and data to continuously refine and improve designs based on real-world usage.

• Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.
