We are seeking an experienced Mid & Senior UX Researcher to take charge of research projects spanning various product domains. As a candidate, you should possess a profound understanding of user research methodologies and a wealth of experience in their application across different fields. Your responsibilities will include showcasing in-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum of research methodologies, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches. You will be expected to analyze research data meticulously and distill key insights that can be translated into actionable strategies. Your ability to present research findings clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences will be crucial. Moreover, your proven track record of leveraging research insights to drive successful product innovations will be highly valued. Collaboration will be a key aspect of this role, as you will be working closely with cross-functional leaders to align research initiatives with business objectives. Your partnership with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders will be instrumental in shaping product decisions based on research-backed insights. Demonstrating agility in navigating multiple domains and swiftly acquiring expertise in new subject areas will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should have between 4 to 16 years of experience in UX research and hold a Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields. Familiarity with research tools like User Testing, Lookback, Qualtrics, among others, will be advantageous.
