Job Description: We are looking for a skilled UV Flatbed Printer Operator to manage day-to-day operations of a 6090 UV Flatbed Printer equipped with an i3200 printhead. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling UV print jobs across various materials and ensuring top-notch print quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the 6090 UV flatbed printer with i3200 head Set up print files and calibrate printer settings based on job specifications Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of the printer to ensure optimal performance Monitor print quality and troubleshoot issues such as banding, misalignment, or ink flow problems Load, align, and secure materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, etc. Perform color checks and ensure color consistency throughout print runs Manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines Keep accurate logs of print jobs, maintenance, and material usage Work with the design and production teams to ensure file compatibility and print accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures Requirements: Proven experience operating UV flatbed printers (preferably 6090 with i3200 head) Basic knowledge of print software such as Photoprint, FlexiPrint, or RIP software Understanding of UV ink types, print media, and curing processes Ability to detect and fix common print defects Physically fit and capable of handling print materials and machine parts Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to work flexible hours if needed Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Printing Technology or related field Knowledge of basic graphic design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Photoshop) is a plus Experience working in signage, packaging, or commercial print industries,
