Job Type: Full Time Location: Bangalore Relevant Experience: 3 years and above Requirement: Immediate Positions Multiple Job Description: We are looking for a User Interface Designer to join our Bangalore team. A successful candidate should have very good understanding and knowledge in all aspects of UI/UX design process from design research to prototyping. The candidate should have an excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the creative director and web & mobile application developers on conceptualizing and designing applications for Web & mobile devices. Experience/Skills 3-4 years of UX design experience is preferred. Portfolio is must. Portfolio should showcase a good mix of web and mobile applications. Capable of defining and implementing design guidelines, and design specs; demonstrate experience with industry/platform standards. Prior experience in conceptual development and creative prototypes as well as tactical UI design and implementation. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to analyze an application and transform the design to make it simple and easy to use. Able to successfully negotiate a range of projects, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex, implementation to innovation. Good visual design skills Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator. Experience with major design tools including Adobe suite, Balasmiq etc.,
