As a User Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that design standards are consistently applied while proposing inputs for holistic design solutions. Your expertise in visual design skills, such as icon and graphic creation, will be utilized to build clean and effective user experiences for products in the Geosystem. Acting as a user advocate, you will bridge the gap between design and development teams, translating business requirements into well-founded designs. You will be responsible for developing and presenting documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, creating icons, and interactive prototypes. Leveraging user testing, you will drive product improvements and contribute to enhancing our design processes. Your innovative mindset will help improve designs, patterns, and solutions, catering to end users through user research-related activities. The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and possesses 4-6 years of experience in the product or service design sector. With at least 2 years of experience in using user research techniques, you will collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Engineers, and Writers throughout the design process. Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, Miro, and Illustrator is essential, along with a portfolio showcasing user research techniques and data-driven design outputs. Your passion for delivering adaptive and creative UI/UX solutions, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will be key to your success in this role. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks, will enable you to excel in this dynamic environment.
