The ideal candidate for this position should be a fresher with a willingness to learn and possess good written and verbal English communication skills. A knowledge of Pharma or Healthcare Skills would be considered an added advantage. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various methods such as referrals, networking, and online searches. Building a strong candidate pipeline and maintaining relationships with consultants/contractors will be a key aspect of the role. You should be able to manage multiple high-priority requirements simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines and targets. Effective client communication from submission to closure is an essential part of this role. The workdays are from Monday to Friday, with a shift timing of 6:00 pm to 3:30 AM IST. The compensation package includes a fixed salary (including PF), incentives, free meals, medical insurance, and pick and drop facility.
