Job Summary: Were looking for a results-driven Sales Manager / Team Lead to oversee our international outbound sales calling team. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and ensure smooth lead qualification and handovers using the BANT framework. This role requires strong leadership, CRM expertise, and a passion for driving high-volume sales efforts in the US shift. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Sales Calling Representatives. Monitor daily activity and SQL conversion. Ensure BANT qualification and CRM Lead Management accuracy. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. End to End Sales from Cold calling and strong focus on closures. Report KPIs and pipeline progress regularly. Requirements: 5+ years in outbound sales, 12 years in team leadership. Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools. Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
