Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter / Fresher at our Jaipur location. The US Recruiter will be tasked with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions. This includes conducting candidate searches, screening resumes, performing interviews, and managing job offers. The recruiter will also maintain client relationships and database records while ensuring compliance with U.S. recruitment regulations. Qualifications Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to Source, Screen, and Interview candidates effectively Relationship management and Client Interaction skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in U.S. recruitment processes is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
