As a member of a collaborative network of accounting and professional services firms in the US, you will be responsible for processing and updating tax changes and deductions. This role requires clear communication with clients and coworkers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the work performed. The position is based in Hyderabad & Gurgaon with a work from office arrangement. The shift timings are from 3.30 pm to 12.30 am with a drop facility provided for your convenience. To excel in this role, you must have experience or knowledge in Washington Labour Laws & ADP software. Strong computer skills in Excel and Word are essential, along with a deep understanding of multi-state tax laws. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be key to success in this position. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical thinking, integrity, and organizational awareness are qualities that will be highly valued. Knowledge of filing state sales tax returns and personal property tax filing is preferred. This role may require working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, including weekends when necessary.
