Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced US Operations and Documentation Specialist to join our freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of cargo through the US transportation network, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. US Operations: - Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient movement of cargo. - Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays that may arise. - Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and efficient receipt and delivery of cargo. 2. Documentation: - Prepare and review all necessary documentation for US imports and exports, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including documentation and tracking information. 3. Compliance: - Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and requirements, including those related to customs, transportation, and trade compliance. - Ensure that all shipments are compliant with relevant regulations, including those related to hazardous materials, food, and other specialized cargo. 4. Customer Service: - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including shippers, consignees, and carriers. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 5. Process Improvement: - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new procedures and processes. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in US operations and documentation for freight forwarding, or a related field. Strong knowledge of US customs regulations and procedures. Excellent english communication and customer service skills. Who is willing to work in Night shift.,
