This position is an exciting blend of strategic talent acquisition, relationship building, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.Job Title: US IT RecruiterCompany: Eagle Eye Technologies Location: Hitech City Hyderabad (Work from office)Job Type: Full-TimeYears of US IT Recruitment Experience: 3 to 6 years Availability: Immediate to 15 days Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals for various positions, including software engineers, developers, project managers, system administrators, and more.- Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates" technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions, understand hiring needs, and define candidate requirements.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system.- Provide regular status updates and reports to the hiring managers and senior leadership team.Requirements:- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends to effectively assess candidates" skills and qualifications.- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top talent.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and build relationships with stakeholders.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote work environment.- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment strategies.- Bachelor's degree This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization where your skills and expertise will be valued, and your contributions will make a meaningful impact.
