Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven US IT Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and placing top-tier IT talent for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in end-to-end recruitment, possess deep knowledge of IT technologies, and be comfortable working in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Build strong relationships with consultants and clients
• Maintain and update records using ATS (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn)
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback from clients and candidates
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in US IT staffing
• Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
