Job Description
The Bench Sales Recruiter position located in Film Nagar, Hyderabad is a full-time role that focuses on marketing and placing IT professionals currently on the bench with client companies. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure suitable job opportunities for IT consultants. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to both sales and recruitment. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with client companies, negotiate contracts, and provide regular updates on the status of bench consultants and potential candidates. Additionally, you will market bench consultants to prospective clients through various channels, match consultant skills with client requirements, and manage the recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain client relationships to understand staffing needs. - Market bench consultants through job portals, networking events, and direct outreach. - Stay informed about industry trends and job market conditions. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and recruitment activities. - Attend industry events and networking functions to build professional relationships.
