We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused U.S. Insurance Executive to support various insurance-related processes for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. insurance procedures (health, life, P&C, or auto), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client queries, policy servicing, and documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end insurance processes such as policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Communicate with U.S. clients, agents, or carriers via phone, email, or CRM systems. Maintain accurate records of client data, policy details, and transaction history. Assist in claims processing and follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Perform data entry, documentation checks, and policy validations. Ensure compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and internal standards. Support underwriters or sales teams in quoting and application processing. Generate reports and summaries related to policy performance or client portfolios. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or related field. 13 years of experience in the U.S. insurance domain (health, life, P&C, auto, or commercial lines). Familiarity with U.S. insurance terminology, regulations, and documentation. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and insurance processing software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred). Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
