You will conduct thorough screening and interviews to ensure candidates meet client requirements and provide them with guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a talent network connecting healthcare professionals with the right career opportunities. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client needs. - Advise and coach candidates to help them succeed in the interview process. - Create compelling job postings and advertise across various platforms. - Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients. - Provide post-interview feedback and support to ensure successful placements. To excel in this role, you must have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment. - Deep understanding of healthcare roles, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. - Knowledge of visa types and tax terms relevant to healthcare recruiting. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong relationship-building abilities and a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
