Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting for engineering roles, preferably within the automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, automobile, robotics, pharmaceutical, medical device, Oil & Gas Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various engineering positions, including but not limited to mechanical engineers, aerospace engineers, automobile engineers, and oil & gas engineers. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the engineering or technical recruitment field. Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry-specific requirements, particularly in manufacturing, aerospace, automobile, or oil & gas sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and team members. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
