Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a US Client Coordinator located in Chennai. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong organizational skills to manage client interactions effectively. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement process. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries Strong Organization Skills and the ability to manage customer interactions Prior experience in enhancing Customer Experience Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the creative or design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field,
