Role: Sales Executive 

Department:Sales Operation

Grade:A5-2

Location:Stores

Education:HSC/Diploma In Retailing/Graduate

Experience:0-3 Years

 

SUMMARY

Responsible for day-to-day operation of respective department including achieving of department targets, maintaining high level of customer service, retail standards, display, and merchandising, liaising to maintain stock levels.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

SalesAchievement

Achievement ofsalestargets consistently, against the Omni budgets

Achieve highsalesproductivity through cross selling, up selling and add on selling throughout the customer journey

Build the healthy and strong customer relationship to retain the customers and referral business through word of mouth

Follow Art of Selling techniques to achieve effective customer engagement andsalesclosure

Sell non plotted styles through web terminal, store tablets. Utilize omni billing techniques and resources to ensure smoothsalesclosures across channels

Follow consultative/ suggestivesalesapproach and ensure to maintain key products ratio

Follow internal lead management tools and feedback capturing systems diligently

 

Customer Service

Adherence Customer Service standards (as per the Customer Service Excellence Module)

Collectively achieve NPS target scores for the store

Ensure to give personalize service to customers by understanding their needs and requirement.

By providing high standard personalize service ensure to do cross selling, up selling and add on selling throughout the customer journey.

 

Merchandising

Ensure all the merchandise displayed on floor should have price, marketing communication, and special feature talkers.

Furniture displayed on floor with right planogram docket and display guidelines.

All furniture displayed products should be in good to go condition and ensure no defective products are lying on floor.

Timely feedback to store head on fast moving & slow-moving stocks displayed on floor.

Understanding the competition by doing competitor survey on regular basis and give feedback on missing opportunity in the organization.
