Job Description
Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service. Assist customers in selecting products and answering inquiries about ingredients, freshness, and shelf life. Upsell and recommend bakery items to maximize sales. Ensure products are attractively displayed and shelves are always stocked. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the outlet at all times. Monitor product quality, check for expiry, and remove stale or damaged items. Keep daily sales records and report to the store manager. Support in inventory checks and restocking as needed. Assist in receiving and checking deliveries. Help organize in-store promotions or tastings when applicable.
