Urgent Job Openings at WALSTAR TECH RMC LLP Job Title: RMC Plant Supervisor Job Summary: The RMC Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations, production, and maintenance of a Ready Mix Concrete plant. The role involves ensuring that the plant runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards, while also ensuring high-quality concrete production, managing resources, and maintaining equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plant Operations: Supervise daily operations of the RMC plant, ensuring optimal production of ready mix concrete. Ensure the batching process, mixing, and delivery of concrete meets quality standards. Oversee the loading, unloading, and storage of raw materials (cement, aggregates, additives, etc.). Maintain accurate records of all production activities and materials used. 2. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Train plant personnel on safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards. 3. Team Supervision and Training: Supervise a team of plant operators, drivers, and laborers, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and safely. Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities for plant personnel. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate manpower coverage for plant operations. 4. Inventory and Materials Management: Ensure accurate inventory management of raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, etc.). Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays. Manage stock levels and ensure materials are stored appropriately to prevent spoilage or damage. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). knowledge of concrete production processes, batching, and quality control. Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental laws related to concrete manufacturing.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
