Urban Planner
Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify urban development needs and opportunities in Mumbai
- Developing comprehensive urban plans and strategies to address key challenges and maximize opportunities
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Engaging with local communities to gather input and feedback on proposed urban development projects
- Preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management
- Monitoring the progress of urban development projects and making adjustments as necessary
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting urban planning
- Ensuring that all urban development projects align with Adani's sustainability goals and objectives
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Master's in urban or Regional Planning or Housing. Bachelors in architecture
Experience:
Town Planning Scheme/ TOD Scheme or any other Planning area scheme. Good knowledge of Planning regulations and local planning norms and building bye-laws.
Excellence in AutoCAD, GIS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel based modeling, MS Office. Good knowledge of Sketchup Pro
