Ltd.s services and expertise. Write, submit, and follow up on tailored and well-researched proposals. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and demonstrate how Avya Technology Pvt. Ltd.s services meet their needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies for bidding on higher-value projects. Track and report progress on bids, proposals, and client interactions. Stay updated on platform policies and trends to optimize proposal success rates. Skill & Abilities: Proven experience as a bidder on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar websites. Strong command on written and verbal English language Excellent proposal writing skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and attention to detail. Familiarity with multiple freelancing platforms and their bidding processes. Ability to understand and communicate technical or service-related details clearly. Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a remote, team-based environment. Previous experience in project management or sales is a plus.
