We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Game Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in game development. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, has shipped at least one game, and is ready to take ownership of major gameplay systems, contribute to design, and mentor junior developers. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain gameplay systems, mechanics, tools, and features in [Unity/Unreal/C++/C#]. Collaborate with game designers, artists, and other developers to implement engaging gameplay experiences. Optimize performance and memory usage for multiple platforms (PC, Console, Mobile). Debug and fix technical issues across the game pipeline. Contribute to architectural decisions and system-level design. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring team members. Ensure the game meets quality standards and deadlines. Requirements 3+ years of professional game development experience. Proficiency in one or more of the following: Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints), or custom engines. Strong understanding of game programming patterns, OOP, and real-time system design. Experience shipping at least one title (mobile, console, or PC). Familiarity with physics, animation, AI, UI, and input systems. Experience working in an agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban). Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, Unreal Networking, etc.) Knowledge of shaders, graphics pipelines, or VFX. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or game analytics. Contributions to open-source or game jams.
