Actively Recruiting Unity Developer Location : Nagpur ( Work from office strictly) Work experience : Min. 3 years of relevant experience is preferred Salary : Negotiable on current package Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications and games using Unity Engine. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement game functionality, translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging product. Optimize game performance and ensure software quality and reliability. Collaborate with artists and designers to integrate visual and audio assets, creating seamless and immersive experiences. Stay abreast of Unity and game development trends, technologies, and best practices to implement cutting-edge solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in Unity development, with a solid portfolio of projects (games or interactive applications). Proficient in C# and understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with Unity3D software, including Unity GUI, asset bundles, materials/shaders, and iPhone/Android deployment. Understanding of 3D rendering algorithms and experience in working with 3D models. Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field is preferred.,
