Job Description

Title: Unit Sales Manager—Health vertical #HealthVertical #Benefits: Fixed CTC + Monthly Incentive + conveyance allowance #Location: Shillong #Minimum Experience: 1-7 years Type of position: Full-time  

Industry Preference:
SAHI (Standalone Health Insurance), Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Drive the sales of multiple insurance products through the agency channel.

2. Recruit and train agents and generate business through them within the assigned territory.

3. Ensure timely licensing of agents and consistently track their activation.

4. Regularly meet with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries; maintain detailed records of these interactions in an organized manner.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum of 6 months of on-field sales experience in the agency channel or any insurance-related product.

2. Graduation is mandatory; candidates with only diploma or part-time degree certificates will not be considered.

3. Candidates with an operational/non-sales background will not be suitable for this role.

4. The role requires 100% on-field work focused on the sale of health insurance policies.
