Minimum Qualification - Graduate 2 Years of work experience in General Insurance Industry, Agency or Loan Segments Roles & Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify potential Loan DSAs to Collaborate on Loan Protection Cover Plans. Identify the Potential Agents, Franchisee for Focus on Health and SME business. Target existing clients base of DSAs for Cross sale of Health and SME business Generate leads through research, networking, and cold-calling efforts Create tailored Loan Protection Plans for potential Loan DSAs as per their Core Business Requirement Willing to do direct sales to Loan DSAs Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, Agents, Franchisee to understand their needs and business goals. Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure long-term client satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to existing clients, helping them maximize the value of products/services. Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the segment Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the DSA market, driving consistent sales growth. Touch with Insurance companies RM, Internal Placement Team for Quotes and Policy assurance. Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands in the SME sector. Use market insights to propose new products or services that align with SME needs. Gather feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams for product/service improvements. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding and after-sales support for clients.,
