Job Description

Job Title:

UK Accountant Real Estate / Property Management

Location:

Ahmedabad (Thaltej / SG Highway preferred)
UK Shift (1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UK Accountant with hands-on expertise in UK real estate or property management accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting functions for UK-based property clients, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and delivering high-quality financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage accounting records for UK property portfolios
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tenant ledgers
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for UK real estate clients
Manage rent rolls, service charges, property management software
Process payroll, VAT returns, and final year accounts under UK GAAP
Work on platforms like Xero, Sage, QuickBooks UK, Arthur, or similar tools
Communicate with UK clients regarding queries, reports, or discrepancies
Coordinate with UK letting agents, landlords, and property managers

Requirements:

Minimum 26 years of experience in UK accounting
Strong background in UK property management or UK real estate
Proficiency in Xero, Sage, QuickBooks UK, Arthur, etc.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA / ACCA (part or full), CA Inter preferred
Ability to work independently and deliver client-ready reports

Salary:

35,000 - 70,000 per month (Based on experience)
Work Days: Monday Friday
Shift Timing: 12.30 PM 10 PM IST
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
