Job Description
As a UI/UX Design Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting interactive classroom/online training sessions to teach UI/UX Design principles. You will educate students on User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Usability Testing, emphasizing the usage of popular design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator. Your role will involve explaining concepts such as Information Architecture, Visual Hierarchy, and Human-Centered Design, guiding students in creating responsive and mobile-friendly designs, assigning projects, and conducting evaluations to ensure skill development. It is essential to stay updated with the latest design trends and share industry best practices. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in UI & UX, with strong technological skills. A solid knowledge of UI Design & UX Processes is crucial, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. An understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic interaction design would be advantageous. Effective communication and presentation skills are required to convey complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner. This is a full-time position located in Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra.
